I have gathered over 30 years of experience within the Collision Repair Industry beginning way back as an apprentice to tradesman Body Repair Technician to Collision Shop Owner to Industry Consultant to General Manager of my own Software Company. This has been my life journey so far. Finding something you love & loving what you do. That is the definition of a dream Job. I love what I do everyday, even on hardest of days when tough decisions & actions are required to the most empowering of days when you see the difference your product has made for a client & what our team stands for is shining through. Paul Belosev

Technical Director

With over 15 years experience in both Software Engineering and Network Engineering, my abilities to understand both the hardware and software side of computers has proven to be a valuable asset. From the early age of 13 I started designing and developing websites. This become a passion which I knew would lead to a life-long career. By the age of 16 I was developing software for a medium-sized manufacturing company which then lead to a growing and diverse client base in all industries. When Gavin first approached me to develop software for his company, I could see the potential in Planning Plus and knew it would be a success. I joint the company as technical director to continue developing our products to see us as a market leader in our respective field.

Jennifer Rees

Customer Relations Manager

I have been with Planning Plus Software since 2010 after spending nearly 15 years in the Travel Industry. I have been lucky enough during this time to see the product develop immensely and I am excited for the future. My primary role has been managing the Administration and Accounting. The evolution of our internal automated systems and documented processes has allowed me take further interest in other areas of the Company. My new roles now include new client data preparation, set up, online training and support for our various products.

Mitchell Williams

Developer & Technical Support

I joined Planning Plus mid 2017 as leading-hand developer and level 2-3 technical support officer. Equipped with a double degree in Visual Design and Marketing, I use these skills to compliment my abilities as a programmer, particularly surrounding areas such as front end and interactive design. From a young age, I have always had a love for technology and natural proficiency in understanding it. This quickly excelled through secondary education. Before Planning Plus, I worked as a software engineer for various companies developing tailored business operations software for windows spanning aviation security, retail, and mining industries. These roles have developed my foundation in the software and web engineering career path.  I was excited to join the Planning Plus Software team help advance Planning Plus to new heights.
