I am unable to login, error 5

First close Planning Plus on all workstations. Restart the main / server computer. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Maximum user limit reached, but not everyone is using Planning Plus?

This is sometimes caused when a workstation is forcefully shut down or crashes. Planning Plus does not have time to log out the user.
This can be resolved by resetting the active users.

The latest changes in my Quoting Software are not syncing

Try resaving the job in your quoting software, and then resyncing.

I am getting an error 5 when trying to sync

Try restarting the main computer. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.

I am getting an error when trying to produce reports

You are missing the CR13 dependancy. Close Planning Plus, and run the installer file for CR13.
This is generally located at PP2/Setups/cr13.msi
